Whalehazard Guitars

Whalehazard Guitars

Whalehazard Guitars are meticulously handcrafted in South Minneapolis by Andy Webber. Fascinated at an early age with the sound of electric guitar, in 2010 Andy began the process of teaching himself to build. He now specializes in unique, retro-futuristic designs and intricate and colorful inlay art. Primarily focusing on solidbody and semi-hollow electric guitars, Whalehazard Guitars are built for working musicians. With a background in sculpture, illustration, fine woodworking, and rock & roll, Andy understands what an instrument needs to do on stage and in the studio, but also how to make it a tool for personal and visual expression. Never content with traditional designs or industry norms, Andy hopes to continue pushing his ideas in new and interesting directions, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craft. He is currently planning his entry into the world of archtop guitars and is excited about the possibilities.
