This instrument is a beautifully appointed parlor guitar in stunning figured Koa wood from Hawaii. This little guy has a big voice and amazing clarity and tone. The sides feature rich chocolate colored Koa outside with structured two piece solid straight grained Mahogany on the inside. This combined with laminated Mahogany lining gives you a body that locks in all of the resonance at the top plate. The fingerboard is Indian Rosewood with a Bubinga inlay. The headplate is Camphor wood with an Ebony insert and a desert Ironwood backplate. A full volute on the five piece Mahogany/Rosewood/Maple neck makes this guitar an exotic-wood eye candy delight. A Maple soundport and shop cut Ebony and Holly binding and back strip top off the plethora of incredible appointments.
