*Blackwood is a material made from the chemical treatment of infinite and renewable softwoods to substitute for near-extinct hardwoods. It has properties more perfect than thousands of years old hardwood. With density and hardness similar to that of sandalwood, Dalbergia cochinchinensis, and ebony, Blackwood is characterized by its high stability, durability, and high density, overcoming the shortcomings of original timber. It has the additional advantages of high refraction, it is waterproof, UV-proof, marine-proof, and termite-proof.
